Just a few images this year of the defence of the wall at the Hougomont farm. The efforts of the french to get over the wall this year proved their wrong doing as many were captured in the effort.  

I  have a feeling however that the wall is still feeling the battle scars after this event.

Those though are nothing compared to the damage inflicted by the vandals and brick stealers.
